What is the return policy?
30-day reporting window: You must report any quality issues or damages within 30 days of the product's delivery date.
Damaged or defective items are covered: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing error, you are eligible for a free reprint or a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue. There’s no need to return the item. We will fix it.
We want you to love what you ordered: Ordered the wrong size or color? While we can’t offer a full refund because products are made-to-order , we’re happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement. For more questions, reach out anytime. We’re here to help.
No physical return required: You usually do not need to ship the defective or misprinted item back. Instead, you simply need to submit a photo or video clearly showing the defect to the store owner.

How does the fulfillment and shipping process work
When an order is placed on the online store, it automatically syncs to Printify. Printify then produces the item and ships it directly to you.
When will I get my order?
Production usually takes 2–7 business days (depending on the product and the print provider). Shipping times vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected by you, but standard domestic shipping within the US typically takes 3–5 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both in the USA and globally. Printify carefully selects there manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
