What is the return policy?
30-day reporting window: You must report any quality issues or damages within 30 days of the product's delivery date.
Damaged or defective items are covered: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing error, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue. In most cases, you will not need to physically return the damaged or defective item. We will make it right.
We want you to love what you ordered: Ordered the wrong size or color? While we can’t offer a full refund because products are made-to-order, we’re happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement. For more questions, reach out anytime. We’re here to help.
No physical return usually required: You usually do not need to ship the defective or misprinted item back. Instead, you simply need to submit a photo or video clearly showing the defect to Digital Storm Cinema.
Digital Download Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.

How does the fulfillment and shipping process work
When an order is placed with Digital Storm Cinema, it is sent to our professional print and fulfillment partner for production. Because our physical products are made to order, production typically takes 1–3 calendar days. Once completed, your order is shipped directly to you and tracking information is provided by email.
When will I get my order?

All of our items are made-to-order just for you! Please allow 1–3 calendar days (including weekends) for your item(s) to be printed, packed, and shipped.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
Transit times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard/Economy: After production is complete, domestic delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. International delivery typically takes 4–6 business days.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our physical products are made to order through our professional print and fulfillment partner. Orders are produced at fulfillment facilities located as close to the customer as reasonably possible. U.S. orders are typically produced and shipped from facilities within the United States, while international orders may be produced at fulfillment facilities in other countries. Production location may vary depending on the product, availability, and delivery destination.
